Production Process

Pultrusion

Operational Logic: Commences with raw material preparation and impregnation, followed by curing and shaping through a pulling mold. This constitutes the core step in forming composite profiles.

Polishing

Purpose: Remove minor surface imperfections (e.g., mold residues, fiber burrs) from pultruded profiles, enhance surface flatness, and prepare for subsequent coating and assembly.

Bevel Cutting and Perforation

Operational Logic: Perform bevel cutting first based on installation requirements, followed by precise perforation to ensure assembly compatibility.

Painting

Operational Logic: Employ the in-house developed eco-friendly coating process documented. After spray application, undergo drying and curing to enhance weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

Corner Bracket Installation

Operational Logic: Assemble compatible corner brackets to form complete joint structures (e.g., corner fixation for PV frames), ensuring installation stability.
